An estimated two-third of Americans are overweight and a third of these are obese.

With the junk food taking over daily diets and online games edging out physical activity, kids are becoming easy target for overweight problems. Time to teach young generation about healthy living. People who are overweight have higher risk of heart disease, diabetes and some types of cancer.
